My name is Julio Antonini, I'm a software engineer based in Brazil. I specialize in backend development and I'm passionate about technology, soccer and traveling.
In 2008, I had the opportunity to create my first website a business directory for my city. Back then, I developed the website using PHP and jQuery. I remember that the design was table-based since the concept of responsive layout was not widely adopted, Bootstrap didn't exist, and jQuery was the most popular library.
Since then, I've never stopped improving in the field. In 2009, I completed my technical course in systems development at the Federal Institute of São Paulo, and in 2021, I graduated in systems analysis and development from the University of São Paulo City.
Throughout my journey, I've had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including systems for real estate, group-buying platforms, online auctions, CRMs, web scraping, API integrations, among others.
Some of the languages, technologies and tools I've worked with include NodeJS, Typescript, NestJs, Express, AdonisJS, React, NextJs, GraphQL, Flutter, React Native, Expo, RabbitMQ, Python, PHP, Laravel and CodeIgniter.
Throughout the years, I have accumulated remarkable and valuable experiences that have had a positive impact on people and businesses. CRM Software as a Service (SaaS) developed for the real estate sector, with management of developments, construction companies, clients, sales, customer service, teams, and goals. Additionally, it offers real-time management of new clients that notifies the agent when a new client requests property information through a development's website.
An exclusive mobile app was developed, designed to simplify the lives of students who use the exchange agency's services. With this application, students can easily send documents and receipts, access tips, tutorials and news and even establish direct communication with the agency. Which uses a web panel to manage all the application's functionalities and student management.
System for Health Declaration Scheduling, where the administration provides available time slots in cities where health declarations are conducted, and brokers schedule appointments through the mobile app or web panel and can check whether the client attended or not.
Real estate launch management system that provides a comprehensive platform for registering new and used properties. In addition to offering the functionality to view the exact location of properties on an interactive map, it also features advanced property search and SEO optimization with the creation of custom slugs for each development.
When making purchases above a certain amount at the chain's restaurants, customers received a coupon to participate in a draw. Through integration with the network's CRM via webhook, the system generated lucky numbers that users could check and, after the draw, check whether they had won prizes.
