Currently, I am part of the development team responsible for implementing new functionalities in the commercial energy monitoring system. This system can daily acquire over 20 million measurement points from various sources, such as REST, GraphQL, SOAP, Modbus, BACnet, OBIX, among others. From this data, we can obtain valuable insights, such as energy consumption by sector in a store like Walmart. Additionally, the system can alert the store administrator about unexpected events, such as temperature variations in specific freezers. These functionalities are just a few of the many offered by the system, providing efficient management of energy consumption, and monitoring of store equipment.

I worked on the development team of this specialized system for energy consumption account management, which processes over 70,000 invoices monthly. The system captures invoices through email, FTP, or access to the distributor's website, extracts data mapped in each invoice model, and provides this information to clients through an API. This allows them to check consumption, fines, taxes, and other related data.

An application developed for students to take simulated previous exams and enhance their preparation for the test. The app offers solutions to the questions generated by artificial intelligence, in addition to detailed performance statistics and a ranking among participants. It is also monetized through ads and subscriptions.

CRM Software as a Service (SaaS) developed for the real estate sector, with management of developments, construction companies, clients, sales, customer service, teams, and goals. Additionally, it offers real-time management of new clients that notifies the agent when a new client requests property information through a development's website.

System for Health Declaration Scheduling, where the administration provides available time slots in cities where health declarations are conducted, and brokers schedule appointments through the mobile app or web panel and can check whether the client attended or not.
